We are honoring Allison's father, Richard Stine

Our Dad has lived a life defined by commitment—to his country, his family, and especially to my mom, Barbara. They have been married for 67 years, a partnership that has weathered decades with strength, humor, and an unwavering devotion to one another. From 1955 to 1958, he proudly served in the United States Army as a Military Police officer stationed in Germany, carrying himself with the same quiet integrity that would later define him as a husband and father.

He raised two daughters, Julie and Allison, both of whom followed a path into real estate with Northrop Realty—something that makes us especially proud, knowing how much of our work ethic and values came from him. In 2018, he was diagnosed with Alzheimer’s dementia. Since October, he has been cared for at the Delaware Veterans Home in Milford, a truly beautiful and compassionate place that honors those who have served. While his journey has changed in ways we never expected, the foundation he built—through love, discipline, and example—continues to shape our lives every single day.
