Monday 22nd Jun
I walked 10.5 miles this morning.  Heading down to Shoreline to walk the last 3.5 miles.  My body is feeling every step, but keeps me so mindful of the many who have faced, are facing, and will face much more challenging things because of Alzheimer's and dementia.  Glad to be doing something to try to help.
