This year, I’m proud to be participating in support of the Alzheimer’s Association and their mission to advance care, support, and research for those affected by Alzheimer’s disease.
I’m running in memory of my Aunt Eileen, who sadly passed away from Alzheimer’s in November 2025. Watching someone you care about go through Alzheimer’s is incredibly hard, and unfortunately it’s something so many families can relate to.
I’m especially excited to take part in this event alongside my cousins Doug, Kyle, and Sam as we honour Doug’s mom, Aunt Eileen, together.
Today, more than 6 million Americans are living with Alzheimer’s disease, and that number continues to grow. The Alzheimer’s Association is working tirelessly to fund research, provide support to families, and help move us closer to better treatments — and one day, a cure.
