My Story

Hi friends & family:

My family and Jacey’s have both been impacted by this disease and we are not alone.

I volunteered for the Association long before joining the staff. To me, this is personal.

I’m spreading awareness and raising funds to honor:

• My uncle who recently passed from dementia.

• My son's great grandfather who had Alzheimer’s.

• My son and others in our family who may be at higher risk to develop this disease in the future. 

• My friend who lost her mother to this disease.

• My friend whose father-in-law is living with Alzheimer's.

• My friend whose husband is living with Alzheimer's.

• My friend whose Dad is living with Alzheimer's.

• My friends who serve as caregivers to loved ones or friends who have Alzheimer's or other dementia.

• Jacey’s family who lost loved ones to this disease. 

• And, many others...

Alzheimer’s disease has touched so many lives — like mine and maybe even yours.

Every dollar raised helps those locally who are impacted by this disease get the care, support and help they need on this journey.
