Help me raise funds to End Alzheimer's as I GO FOR THE GOLD!
My name is Bob Moore. I am raising money for the Alzheimer's Association to help fund care, support and medical research in memory of my mother; Nancy Moore and mother-in-law; Dolores Dube. These two great women in my life suffered terribly from the devastating effects of dementia. They both lived their lives serving and caring for others, and were loved by so many.
I am very fortunate to be able to compete nationally and internationally in the sport of Powerlifting in order to raise awareness in the fight against Alzheimer’s disease. I recently returned from competing at the U.S. National Powerlifting Championships, where I won the National title in the Masters 4 (age 70+) 93kg class. As a result, I have received an invitation to join Team USA at Worlds in October. My goals at the World Championships are to bring attention to the fight against Alzheimer's disease and win the Gold Medal!
