We enjoyed a hike and visit on the Cacapon State Resort trails & the Almost Heaven Swing at their overlook.

The boys and I enjoyed our almost 4 mile hike up and back to the Cranny Crow Overlook and Lost River Almost Heaven Swing today on the Longest Day of the Year in honor of Alzheimer's Awareness.
