Hi everyone, my name is Summer Kornreich. I’m a high school senior from North Jersey, and as I prepare to head to SUNY Oswego to play lacrosse this fall, I’m dedicating my final high school season to the most important man I’ve ever known—my grandfather.

My grandfather was the kindest, strongest person I’ve ever met. He fought a long battle with Alzheimer’s, and he passed on September 24, 2023. The last two seasons I have been honored to wear #24 to remember him and the day he passed.

I’m playing this year for more than just wins; I’m playing to help end the disease that took him from us. Alzheimer’s is a thief, but by donating, you are helping fund the research and support needed to find a cure.

Every dollar brings us closer to a world where other families don't have to experience this loss. Thank you for supporting my season, my journey to Oswego, and most importantly, the memory of my grandfather.
