This campaign is dedicated to the memory of my father, Col. Herman Foster, who passed away from Alzheimer's disease in 2015. It is also in memory of my mother, Sylvia Foster, who recently passed on September 25, 2026, and was side by side with my dad in life for almost 65 years. They are now together again, side by side, forever.
