Zenaida De Guzman Dela Cruz. About 10 years ago, I lost my grandma from Alzheimer's disease. It was heartbreaking to talk to your loved ones, not knowing you; to be asked, who are you?. This is still one of the heartbreaking moments of my life that I won't ever forget. That's why on my 40th birthday on October 25th of this year, I will be participating on the 20th Annual Walk to End Alzheimer's - Queens, NY which takes place on Sunday starting at Queens Zoo in Flushing Meadows Corona Park in honor of my late grandma, Zenaida De Guzman Dela Cruz. I hope you can support me to spread awareness about Alzheimer's and all other dementia conditions.
