LIFTED is our monthly giving-back series rooted in movement, community, and purpose.

Our first event, on Sunday, May 31st, is dedicated to Alzheimer’s awareness, a cause especially close to our hearts.

Throughout the day, we will be running our regular class schedule, with all proceeds donated to support this cause.
