Cookie Monsters for a Good Cause
Sunday 26th Apr Hello Friends and Fellow Cookie Monsters!It's that time again - make a donation to my Cookie Monster fundraiser in support of the Alzheimer's Association and get a dozen free homemade cookies baked by me as a thank-you! The name of this fundraising event used to be "The Longest Day" but although the name has changed, the purpose remains the same. The Association is the largest non-profit contributor to dementia research, research that has resulted in concrete ways to improve brain health, minimize risk of Alzheimer's disease (the leading cause of dementia), and develop treatments, all while working for a cure. So please become a "cookie monster" and help to end Alzheimer's and other dementias while also supporting those with the disease and their caregivers.
