This workout is more than just a fitness class—it's an opportunity to honor loved ones, support families, and help fight Alzheimer's disease. Natalie and I are hosting this event because this cause has touched both of our lives. Natalie lost her father to Alzheimer's in September 2025, and Hannah lost her mother to early-onset dementia in July 2022.

Today, more than 7 million Americans are living with Alzheimer's, and that number continues to grow. Every donation helps fund groundbreaking research, care and support programs, and advocacy efforts that move us closer to a world without Alzheimer's.

Thank you for showing up, moving with purpose, and making every rep count. Together, we're creating hope for a future free from Alzheimer's.

Take any class on Saturday, September 12th and FitCo will donate $5 on your behalf to the Alzheimer's Association. Fit Collective will also match any donation made up to $1000! Come sweat in support of an organization very near and dear to our hearts.
