Muscles for Memories — Fitness for a Cause 💜
Join us for the first-ever Muscles for Memories event—a high-energy fitness experience supporting the Alzheimer’s Association.
Enjoy 30-minute spinning, bootcamp, and yoga classes in a fun, team-style format designed for all fitness levels. Rotate through stations that challenge, motivate, and inspire—while making a meaningful impact.

Event Schedule
9:00–9:30 AM — Registration
9:30–10:20 AM — Warm Pilates
9:30–10:00 AM — Spinning or Bootcamp
10:10–10:40 AM — Spinning or Bootcamp
10:50–11:20 AM — Spinning, Bootcamp, or Yoga
