My Grandmom, an Aunt who was 10 years with it before she passed, my Aunt’s daughter (my cousin) has been 8 years suffering and is now in a specialized home and her daughter - who is younger than me is also dealing with the beginnings of it. So, we are really seeing the heartbreak of Alzheimers. And fear!

Through our participation in this year’s Real Estate Rumble, our team at Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices PenFed Realty is raising money for the Alzheimer’s Association—and every single dollar makes a difference.
In Maryland, 1 in 9 people over 65 are living with Alzheimer’s. That’s not just a number—it’s families, friends, and neighbors.
