Join Us During Alzheimer's & Brain Awareness Month!
Join us in promoting healthy brain habits in support of the South Carolina Alzheimer's Association throughout the month of June. Silver Sneakers classes will be led by our group fitness instructor & Alzheimer's Association employee J.J. on Mondays at noon and Fridays at 11:30am throughout the month. Classes are open to both members and nonmembers. Donations of any amount are accepted, though a $20 donation is suggested for nonmembers in lieu of purchasing a day pass.
