Fundraiser and Strength Challenge on August 12th

Breakthrough Strength & Fitness has participated in raising funds for the Alzheimer's Association every year since we opened in 2015. Many of our gym members have been care givers, and have close people in their lives affected by Alzheimer's and dementia. We share our strength to support them. Donations are greatly appreciated, and you can also participate in our Challenge, or take a class:

On Wednesday 8/12 will be our “1600 Strength Challenge” - The Breakthrough Team will commit to doing a 1600 rep total body strength endurance workout! Challenge yourself and join our team! Our coaches will be happy to guide you according to your fitness level and background. You can come in from 6am - 10am or 6pm - 8pm to complete the Challenge. 

Or you can join us for a donation-based class during the month of August:

Wednesdays - 8am Endurance, 10am Endurance, 6pm Endurance
Fridays - 6am Endurance, 6pm Yoga/Kinstretch
Saturdays - 9am Endurance, 9:45am Boxing, 10:30am Yoga/Kinstretch

As a National Team for The Do What You Love to End ALZ, we will participate in activities to raise funds and awareness for the care, support, and research efforts of the Alzheimer’s Association®.
