All funds raised from my Hula Hoop Fitness Class will go directly to the Alzheimer's Association in memory of my beloved mother, Betty Gifford. Mom was very active in her community fundraising mainly for her lake and church communities. She would have loved taking my 40-minute low impact cardio class incorporating fitness, music, fun using a home-made hoop made by her favorite son-in-law and colorfully decorated by me.
