48 Peaks

Help me reach my goal for 48 Peaks!

This summer, I'm honoring my grandmother, Gertrude, and all those affected by Alzheimer’s and other dementias by participating in 48 Peaks, a fundraising event to advance the care, support and research efforts of the Alzheimer's Association. Alzheimer’s is near and dear to my heart, and I appreciate you taking the time to donate.

I will be hiking to the summit of Wildcat A, one of New Hampshire’s 4,000ft. peaks in the White Mountains. Those who would like to join my team, but are not ready to tackle a full 4K, can join our second hike, Mt. Piper, in the Lakes Region of NH.

Please consider making a donation and help me  reach my goal!

During the last three years I have been participating in this amazing event, monumental progress has been made in the world of treatment against Alzheimer’s, including the first disease-modifying treatments. But, the fight is far from over. Today, over 50 million people across the world are living with Alzheimer's, including over 7 million Americans. In the U.S. alone, more than 11 million caregivers generously dedicate themselves to those with Alzheimer's and dementia, providing over $350 billion worth of unpaid care.  We must take action now, as these numbers continue to rise.

Together, we can show those facing Alzheimer's disease that they are not alone. Please make a donation today to help the Alzheimer's Association support all those facing the disease. Thank you!

2 Hike Options for 2026

This year, in order to get more people involved with our team & supporting our fundraising efforts for Alzhimers, I am offering 2 different hikes to participate in! If you are interested in participating, but may not be up for the challenge of a 4000 footer like Wildcat A, I am going to lead a hike up Mt. Piper, one of the more popular peaks in the Belknap Range that is situated in the lakes region of NH.
Mt. Piper is a fairly mild hike, just over a mile to the summit, with the added bonus of WILD BLUEBERRY BUSHES covering the summit! Free Snacks!!!!! There is also a really cool stone chair "throne" that was build on the summit, and offers the best views of the area. Photo ops galore!
Please consider joining our team to support this worthy cause!
