Wednesday 13th May Fish with Rich to end Alzheimer’s is one month from today! I am 4 dollars away from my fundraising goal! We have 5 fisherpersons signed up to fish; 3 remotely and 2 live.Please consider donating and/or fishing.
If you do want to fish June 13, let me know if you will participate remotely or live in the Dells. Catcher of the longest fish will get a custom fishing rod!

Clarification and Logistics tweak
Friday 17th AprHello, friends.
As indicated previously, the Fish with Rich to end Alzheimer's fundraiser will take place on SATURDAY JUNE 13, 2026.
The main event will take place in person with me in Wisconsin Dells, but you can participate virtually by fishing locally on the same date.
I need donors and I need people to fish with me.
First, to clarify, you do not need to fundraise in order to fish with me. Sure, I would appreciate a donation to my fundraiser and/or you asking others to donate, but this is not required. I just want to raise awareness, some money, and be with my friends.
Secondly, if you do join me in the Dells, we will not be staying at my cabin due to me making a scheduling mistake. I am making arrangements for us to stay down the block.
I have secured an offer for a custom-made fishing rod which I plan to award to the person that catches the LONGEST fish on the designated day (proof required - we are, after all, fisher people!).
The way we raise money is to make donations ourselves and/or secure pledges from people, which can be a flat dollar amount or an amount per fish caught by you, your subgroup, or the entire group (size of which is TBD).
I will share a link to my fundraising with this announcement.
So what am I asking you to do now?
1. Donate, if that is how you choose to participate.
2. If you are potentially interested in participating as a fisher, communicate that to me. Indicate whether it is feasible for you to physically join me in Wisconsin Dells or if you will be participating virtually by fishing locally on the same date.
3. If you are potentially interested in participating as a fisher, consider donating to my fundraiser and asking others to do so. Not required.
