Alice's Adventurers are at it again! Every step is for someone we love.
My mom is living with Alzheimer’s, and watching someone who has always been such an important part of your life slowly change is incredibly hard. Alzheimer’s doesn’t just affect one person — it affects entire families.
This year our hike means even more. We’re also hiking for my father-in-law, so our family is taking on this challenge with even more purpose in our hearts.
I won’t be doing it alone. I’ll be hiking alongside my husband, my daughter, and my friends. Together we’ll climb these mountains for our parents, for our family, and for the millions of families facing Alzheimer’s.
Every step we take is filled with love, hope, and the wish that someday no family will have to watch someone they love disappear to this disease.
