On June 13th, I'm honoring all those affected by Alzheimer's and other dementias by participating in 48 Peaks, a fundraising event to advance the care, support and research efforts of the Alzheimer's Association. Alzheimer's is near and dear to my heart, and I appreciate you taking the time to donate.
Last year we hiked Mount Osceola in honor of my mother-in-law, Alice, who was diagnosed with Alzheimer's four years ago. This year we will be hiking East Osceola not only to honor Alice, but also for my father, Bruce, who was recently diagnosed with Alzheimer's in January.
Please consider making a donation to help the Alzheimer's Association support all those facing this disease!
Together, we can show those facing Alzheimer's disease that they are not alone. Thank you!
